As used in this Agreement, the words “you” and “your” mean each and every person signing, using, or having a Business Debit Card (BDC or “card”), including the employee, officer, or owner of the com- pany or business who uses the card or is authorized to use the card by the company or business that requested the card be issued and the employee, officer, or owner of the company who authorizes the use of the card. As used in this agreement, the words “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Navy Federal” refer to Navy Federal Credit Union. Navy Federal’s business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Navy Federal may change and amend this Agreement at any time.
