This LongHouse Cafe Operating Agreement (the “Agreement”) is executed on the date set forth on the signature page hereof and is effective as of October 23rd, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Overland Park, Kansas, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City,” and “Fiorella’s Jack Stack of Overland Park, Inc.”, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator.”
