Read this agreement carefully before you sign it. This is a binding agreement by you in favor of the Operators (as defined below) for all of your activities at Saint Joe Halloween Events, LLC dba SCREAM-A-GEDDON, Monster Midway, Breach, Rage 3D, Ravenhill Asylum, Demon’s Revenge, Bloodwater Bayou, and Zombie Paintball Assault (collectively the “Park”). You are signing this agreement in exchange for being allowed to enter the Park and to perform activities there.
