All Exhibitors and their representatives participating in the Show identified on the front page of this Exhibit Space Agreement (this “Agreement”) agree to be bound by and are required to comply with the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) stated in this Agreement, as well as the Show Rules and Regulations or Show Guidelines and the Exhibitor Services Manual or Service Kit (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Show Rules and Regulations”), which are integral to and fully incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
