This FXGlobalTransfer Addendum describes the terms and conditions upon which OANDA may perform various funds transfer services on behalf of you the Customer. This Addendum forms part of, and is hereby incorporated by reference into, the FXTrade Customer Agreement between you and OANDA. All capitalized terms that are not defined in this Addendum shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the FXTrade Customer Agreement. A fund transfer made pursuant to this Addendum shall be considered a “Transaction” as defined in the FXTrade Customer Agreement for all relevant purposes. To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of the FXTrade Customer Agreement and this Addendum, the terms of this Addendum shall take precedence. If you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of this Addendum, sign the bottom of this document.
