The Board recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative, as defined in Section Il of Act 379 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1965, for all full time and regular part-time aides, secretarial/clerical employees, custodial/maintenance employees, delivery employees, food service staff, media coordinators, media aides and community coordinators, excluding mechanics, central office secretaries, casual and temporary employees, supervisory employees and all other certified and non-certified personnel employed by the Board of Education.
