This Amended and Restated Contract Zoning Agreement is entered into this day of February , 20152016, by and between the Town of Cumberland, a municipal corporation (the “Town”), and Cumberland Foreside Village, LLC, a Maine limited liability company (the “Developer”), pursuant to the Conditional and Contract Rezoning Provisions set forth in 30-A M.R.S.A. Section 4352 (the “Act”) and Section 315- 79 of the Cumberland Code, as may be amended from time to time.
