This Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated this day of , 2017 by and between Missoula County, a political subdivision of the State of Montana (“County”) on behalf of taxing jurisdictions, and Wakefield Kennedy, LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Wakefield Kennedy”). The County and Wakefield Kennedy may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties” in this Agreement.
