All employees hired prior to the date of the signing of this Agreement must, as a condition of their continued employment, authorise the Company to deduct from their pay on the pay day the Local Union's dues deductions are made, an amount equal to the Local Union's monthly dues for the duration of the Agreement as their financial contribution to the Local Union.
