NATURAL GAS GATHERING AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, is made and entered into this 1st day of June, 1987, by and between CORNERSTONE NATURAL GAS COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “Gatherer”) and PHILLIPS PETROLEUM COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “Producer”) both hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”, and individually as a “Party”.
