This End-User License Agreement (including the Supplemental Terms, as applicable) ("EULA" or “Agreement”) governs your use and access of DailyBurn.com (the "Daily Burn Site" or "Site"), and Daily Burn’s mobile and platform applications (collectively “Applications”).
