UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON (“Performing Agency” or “Grantee”), who are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties" to that certain contract for Safe Drug Disposal and Community Awareness (SDD/CA) services, effective April 29, 2019, and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000437900001 (“Contract”), as amended, now want to further amend the Contract.
