RISK OF LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY: The SCHOOL assumes all risk of loss and damage to the EQUIPMENT from any cause and agrees to return EQUIPMENT to OWNER or its designee in the condition received from OWNER, normal wear and tear expected. See Care & Operation of Equipment Section for details on Free Service during Loaner Term. Liability for injury to students, teachers and other persons caused by operating, handling, or transporting the EQUIPMENT during the term of this PROGRAM is the obligation of the SCHOOL, shall indemnify and hold BABY LOCK USA AND OWNER harmless from and against all such liability.
