Olivett, an independent contractor, with a mailing address of 2036 Chelsea Lane, State College, PA 16801 (“Contractor”), for the purpose of setting out the terms and conditions of the DISTRICT’s engagement of CONTRACTOR to manage the fundraising activities of the District via an education foundation that will be established by the DISTRICT.
