This Agreement made and entered into on the day of , 2015, by and between the State College Area School District, a school district of the second class organized and existing under and pursuant to the Public School Code of 1949, as amended, with administrative offices at 131 West Nittany Avenue, State College, Pennsylvania (the "District") and Paul G. Olivett, an independent contractor, with a mailing address of 2036 Chelsea Lane, State College, PA 16801 (“Contractor”), for the purpose of setting out the terms and conditions of the DISTRICT’s engagement of CONTRACTOR to manage the fundraising activities of the District via an education foundation that will be established by the DISTRICT.
