The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), particularly Article 28, places certain requirements on processing of personal data carried out on behalf of a controller. To comply with these requirements, the Parties hereby enter into the following agreement. The implementation of the Agreement shall not be compensated separately, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
