on at Noon. Notice to vacate, at the end of the lease, must be received by the last day of the month and 60 days before the vacating date. Acceptance of rent after the expiration of the term shall be considered a renewal of the term for one month only and for successive periods of one month only until a renewal agreement is signed. Upon submission of the Renewal Agreement, tenant(s) will have 3 days to accept the agreement. If tenant(s) choose not to renew, 60 days’ notice to terminate is required.
