A California residential sales agreement is a contract between a person/entity who sells a property and the person/entity who tries to buy such property. The parties, buyer and seller, will agree on the terms of this agreement to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. The seller will set a price (and perhaps negotiated by the buyer) and set a deadline for sale.
