THIS SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 11, 2020 by and between SYNACOR, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Synacor”), and the undersigned shareholder (“Shareholder”) of Qumu Corporation, a Minnesota corporation (“Qumu”). Capitalized terms that are used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed thereto in the Merger Agreement (defined below).
