This bworks Terms of Service (“Agreement”) governs your access and use of the Service (as defined below) and is an agreement between Amaxmall Sdn. Bhd. (“Service Provider”) and you or the entity for whom you are signing this Agreement (“Customer”). This Agreement takes into effect (“Effective Date”) when the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, registers for the Services and has received confirmation from the Service Provider that domain and hosting services have been activated.
