This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between (“Member”) and SAE Industry Technologies Consortia, a Pennsylvania not-for-profit corporation having an office at 16701 Melford Blvd., Suite 120, Bowie, MD 20715 (“SAE ITC”). This Agreement contains the terms and conditions for airline membership in the AMC aviation industry activities (“Activities”) organized by ARINC Industry Activities (“ARINC IA”), an industry program of SAE ITC.
