THIS COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT (Agreement) is by and between the State of Colorado, Department of Higher Education, by the State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education (SBCCOE), for the use and benefit of (Institution of Higher Education/IHE) and (Local Education Provider/LEP) pursuant to the Concurrent Enrollment Programs Act, Sections 22-35-101 to 114, C.R.S. (Act), which includes the Concurrent Enrollment (CE), Accelerating Students through Concurrent Enrollment (ASCENT), and Teacher Recruitment and Education (TREP) Programs. College and Local Education Provider shall individually be referred to as the “Party” or collectively be referred to as “Parties”.
