Services provided by the Processing Center are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not accept the full terms of the Agreement, the use of the service of the Processing Center is not allowed. The text of the Agreement below is addressed to natural persons and is an official public offer to enter the Agreement on providing services in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Agreement shall be deemed entered into and having the force of an adhesion contract from the moment you complete the actions set out in this Agreement and implying your full and unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this Agreement without exceptions and limitations.
