Equipment Maintenance ContractEquipment Maintenance Contract • January 16th, 2020
The parties have concluded a contract for the purchase of seca devices (hereinafter referred to as "Purchase Con- tract"). In addition to this Purchase Contract, the present Equipment Maintenance Contract (hereafter referred to as the "Equipment Maintenance Contract") shall be entered into and attached to the Purchase Contract as an integral part thereof. On the basis of this Equipment Maintenance Contract seca shall provide certain maintenance services in connection with the seca devices.
