UCD has a long tradition of student representation and the UCD Student Charter commits the University and the Students’ Union to working in partnership to ensure that students are represented at all levels of the University and support procedures and protocols that allow students to make positive suggestions for improvements to ensure effective governance and management of academic, administrative and social activity. This agreement, which has been co-developed with the Students’ Union, is intended to strengthen this commitment by setting out a shared vision for student representation and partnership at UCD and detailing how the partnership will be put into action to ensure the achievement of agreed aims.
