In the event of any conflict between the terms contained in the Commercial Terms set forth in Section A of this Agreement (the “Commercial Terms”) and the Standard Terms and Conditions set forth in Section B of this Agreement (the “Standard Terms and Conditions”), the Commercial Terms shall govern.
