This letter (“Letter”) and the Schedules (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Integration Agreement”) together records and forms the entire arrangement between DHL Express and Licensee regarding provision of the licence to use the Licensed IP (“Licence”) and supersedes all previous arrangements, whether written, oral or both, relating to such matters as set out in this Integration Agreement.
