This Statement of Work (“SOW”, "Attachment") by and between Luminator Technology Group, Inc. (“Contractor”) and The City of Gardena (“City”) and is governed by the terms and conditions of the Attachment. Capitalized term used but not defined herein will have the meanings assigned to them in this Attachment. Contractor and City are hereinafter referred to jointly as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”.
