THIS CONTRACT (the “Contract”) is made and entered into effective as of the 20th day of July, 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas (“Authority”), and Jimenez Engineering Solutions, LLC d/b/a International Consulting Engineers (“Engineer”), each a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
