This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into as of this day of December 2023, by and between the Village of Pelham (“Village”), a Municipal Corporation of the State of New York, and the Pelham Union Free School District (“School District”). The Village and School District are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
