This CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of the date next to Recipient signature below (and if no date appears that the date information was first made available to Recipient in reliance by Disclosing Party of the signature of Recipient below) and is entered into by and between Diamond Gold Investors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, acting by and through its agent, Braunco, Inc. (together with their respective subsidiaries and Affiliates, the “Disclosing Party”) and the Recipient named on the signature line below (“Recipient”). Recipient and Disclosing Party are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
