pursuant to RCW Chapter 71.24 and all relevant and associated statutes, as amended, is made and entered into by and between the Great Rivers Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization, LLC (hereinafter “GRBH-ASO”), a limited liability company of the State of Washington, acting by and through its Governing Board and Agency_Individual (hereinafter “Provider”). The effective date of this Contract is January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
