THIS EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of , 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and between the SANTA CRUZ COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY, a public body, corporate and politic (“Successor Agency”), and MIDPEN HOUSING CORPORATION, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“Developer”). Successor Agency and Developer are hereinafter sometimes referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
