THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT IS MADE BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES:Puppy Sale Agreement • February 17th, 2004
This puppy is guaranteed to be a PET quality, healthy, active puppy when sold to the owner. You have 72 hours to have this puppy examined by a licensed vet and if for any reason this puppy is unacceptable, buyer may return the puppy for a full refund, provided it is in the same condition as at the time of purchase. A written statement from the veterinarian must accompany the puppy. This includes death or illness from any health condition deemed present prior to removal from seller’s premises. The above puppy will be given adequate and proper care throughout his lifetime and all inoculations maintained to ensure preventative health care.
