This Software as a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between Shopperations Research & Technology LLC (“Shopperations”), an Ohio limited liability company, and the entity or individual on whose behalf the Services (as defined below) are being accessed or used (“Client”). By indicating acceptance of this Agreement during the account setup process or using the Services, you are agreeing that Client is bound by and your use of the Services on behalf of the Client is governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
