These terms represent the agreement (“Agreement”) by and between HP PPS Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 16 603 480 628) located at Rhodes Corporate Park, Building F, Level 5, 1 Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes NSW 2138 (“HP”) and by the customer named in the Order referencing this Agreement (“Customer”) located at the address shown in that Order that governs the purchase of services and products by Customer. If Customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), refer to section 22.
