THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made between the Village of Schaumburg, an Illinois municipal corporation (“Municipality”), and the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority, a division of an Illinois municipal corporation (“Metra”).
