Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”) GulfPines Communications, LLC (“GulfPines”) and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties”, hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated September 4, 2001 (“Agreement”).
