A copy of this Agreement is provided to you with the Account Application. By signing the Account Application you have acknowledged receipt of this Agreement and agree to be bound by it. If this Agreement has been provided to you other than with an Account Application, you acknowledge receipt of this Agreement and agree to be bound by it unless you contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving it. This Agreement is effective upon the opening of your account. You waive notice of our acceptance of this Agreement .
