This Lease Amendment (Amendment) dated as of day of , 2005 is entered into by and between the Marin Municipal Water District, (“District”), and the County of Marin, a political subdivision of the State of California, (“County”), and amends that certain Lease Agreement between the District and the County, dated January 2, 1958 (the “Lease”), attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof.
