This Contract made for the provision for the development of solid waste technical assistance programs, solid waste public environmental education and other environmental improvements, by and between the State of Oklahoma, ex.rel. The Department of Environmental Quality hereinafter referred to as “Department” and/or DEQ and the Metropolitan Environmental Trust, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”. In consideration of the provisions set forth herein; the parties mutually agree to the following provisions and any Addenda attached hereto and incorporated herein; Therefore, in consideration of the foregoing and the mutual Contracts set forth, Contractor and Department agree as follows:
