Puppy Contract (Companion)August 4th, 2019
The Seller warrants that the Puppy listed is a purebred German Shepherd that will be registered with the Canadian Kennel Club, and has been sold as "Pet Quality". This shall be understood to mean that this dog will be subject to a limited CKC Registration "Non-Breeding Agreement" The Buyer agrees to take all measures necessary to ensure that the puppy is not bred, and does not have the opportunity to sire or deliver a litter. The Buyer agrees that the puppy will be spayed or neutered within 12 months after purchase unless the "Non- Breeding Agreement" is cancelled by the Seller. Seller agrees to remove or extend the Non-Breeding Clause should this puppy acquire or be in training for, Conformation or Working/Obedience title, has Hips and Elbows x-ray cleared of Dysplasia and meets the GSD Standard for consideration of breeding.
