Pursuant to Section 6.2.2 of the Agreement entered into between Official Payments Corporation and Lancaster County, Nebraska, with an Effective Date of February 20, 2014, a copy of which Agreement is attached, Lancaster County, Nebraska, hereby provides written notice that it is hereby terminating the Agreement for convenience sixty days from the date of delivery of this written notice. Pursuant to Section 14.1 of the Agreement, the notice shall be deemed to have been delivered on the next business day after delivery.
