THIS FUNDING AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into and shall be effective as of the date signed by all parties (the "Effective Date"), by and between the County of Siskiyou, a political subdivision of the State of California ("County"), and Southern Oregon Ready Mix, LLC. The County and Southern Oregon Ready Mix, LLC may each be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties". There are no other parties to this Agreement. The Parties agree as follows:
