AUTOMATIC RENEWAL PROGRAM: Provided Member is in good standing and provided the Club where this membership was purchased remains in existence, you agree that this membership shall be automatically renewed on a month to month basis at the end of the Basic Term, until you give notice in writing at the address of the Club listed on this agreement of your intention to terminate this membership, in which case it will termin- ate at the end of the month next following the month in which you give notice to terminate. The monthly renewal fee shall remain $19.95 provided that the Club may give you notice of its intention to increase the monthly fee, in which case the fee shall increase effective as of the first day of the third month after it gives such notice, unless you give notice in a timely manner of your intention to terminate as set forth above.
