This First Amendment to the Agreement by and between the City of San José (hereinafter “City”), a municipal corporation, and SP Plus Corporation, a Delaware corporation registered to conduct business in the State of California, (hereinafter “Contractor”), is entered into on the date of execution by City (“Effective Date”). Each of City and Contractor are sometimes hereinafter referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
