THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of this _19th day of September_, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Woodbridge Board of Education (the “Board”) and NCS Pearson, Inc. (the “Contractor”) (collectively, referred to as the “Parties”). The Contractor is a contractor performing institutional services and functions that will require student information, student records and student-generated content (“student data”). to perform those services.
