This Agreement is in addition to other agreements and disclosures that apply to your account, including, but not limited to the Account Agreement, Account Information (signature card), Fee Schedule, Online Banking Enrollment, Online Access Agreement, and Mobile Banking Agreement and Disclosure. References to “Online Banking” in the Online Banking Agreement also include this Service, except where the context clearly indicates otherwise. Your use of this Service constitutes your agreement with this Agreement as well as the other agreements and disclosures noted above. Where there is an inconsistency between a provision in one or more of such agreements or schedules and this Agreement, this Agreement will be controlling.
