In the following Terms and Conditions of contract “the Photographer” shall mean Anushé Low and “the Client(s)” shall be those whose name(s) is/are entered into the booking form. It is agreed that this contract is entered into by Anushé Low and the Client(s). If the Client(s) arrange for a third party to meet the costs of this contract the contract remains with the Client(s). The due performance of the contract is subject to the Terms and Conditions below and cannot be varied in anyway by the Client(s) unless expressly agreed by the photographer in writing.
