This Statement of Work (“SOW”) dated [ DATE ] (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between: (a) Hack the Box Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 10826193 whose registered office is at 38 Walton Road, Folkestone, Kent, United Kingdom CT19 5QS (hereinafter “Hack The Box”) and (b) the person signing this agreement, who created the content and submitted it to Hack The Box (hereinafter “Content Provider”) (together Hack The Box and Content Provider the "Parties," and each, a "Party").
