This End User License Agreement including terms and conditions (“License” or “License Agreement”) is a legal agreement between PRO-ED, Inc. (“PRO-ED”) and you and your organization (collectively “you” or “your”) and applies to your use of the Product or Products, including any assessments, databases, software, test and scoring products, web-based products and platforms, related paper materials, and all related documentation for the products (the “Products”), as well as any services provided by PRO-ED related to the Products including any online services (“Services”), as specified on the Products and Services Description Sheet in Schedule “A.”
